This privacy notice has been prepared pursuant to Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to Be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform, regarding the processing of personal data of persons who visit the getotomasyon.com website and contact us.
1. Data controller

- Identity data: first name, last name.
- Contact data: phone number, email address.
- Customer transaction data: the company you work for, the service you are interested in, your quote request and message content.
- Transaction security data: IP address, form submission date and time, browser and device information, website access logs.
- Marketing and usage data: website usage statistics obtained through cookies (only if you give your consent).
We do not request special categories of personal data (health, biometric data, etc.) through our website. Please do not share such data in forms or messages.
3. Purposes of processing personal data
- Receiving and evaluating your quote and information requests and responding to you,
- Conducting pre-contractual discussions regarding the service you request,
- Carrying out communication activities,
- Carrying out information security processes and preventing misuse of the website and unsolicited form submissions (spam),

- Processing is necessary for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligations (e.g. access logs under Law No. 5651),
- Processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject (information security, spam prevention),
- Your explicit consent, with regard to analytics cookies.
5. Transfer of personal data
Your personal data may be transferred to the following recipients, limited to the purposes above and in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK:
- Service providers in Türkiye that host the website and provide email services,
- Public institutions and organizations and judicial authorities legally authorized to request such data (upon request and to the extent required by law),
- If you give your consent, Google LLC (Google Analytics) for website usage statistics. As this service provider’s servers are located abroad, such transfers are carried out on the basis of your explicit consent in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK.
- If you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, the information you share is transmitted over infrastructure provided by WhatsApp LLC / Meta Platforms. Use of this application is subject to its own privacy terms.
Your personal data is not sold and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Method of collecting personal data
Your personal data is collected partly by automated and partly by non-automated means, through the information you share with us via the quote form on our website, email, phone and WhatsApp, and through cookies and server logs during your visit to the website.
7. Retention period
Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the purpose of processing and for the periods set out in the relevant legislation. Quote and information requests that do not result in a contract are retained for a maximum of 2 (two) years; requests that result in a contractual relationship are kept for the retention periods set out in the relevant legislation. When the period expires, your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
8. Cookies
Our website may use cookies that are strictly necessary for the website to function and analytics cookies (Google Analytics) used to generate website usage statistics. Cookies other than strictly necessary cookies are used only with your consent. You can change your cookie preferences or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.
9. Rights of the data subject
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to apply to the data controller to:
- learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- request information if your personal data has been processed,
- learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in line with that purpose,
- know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom your personal data is transferred,
- request the rectification of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
- request the deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK,
- request that any rectification, deletion or destruction be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
- object to any outcome to your detriment arising from the analysis of the processed data exclusively by automated systems,
- claim compensation for damages if you suffer loss due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
These are your rights as a data subject.
10. How to apply
In accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, you may submit requests regarding your rights in writing, together with information identifying you, to our address above, or send them from the email address you have previously provided to us and that is registered in our system to info@getotomasyon.com. Your applications will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible depending on the nature of the request, and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest. If the process involves an additional cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board.
